Terms and Conditions – 75pka Online Gaming Platform

01Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 75pka, making a deposit, accessing any game or using any feature of the platform, you are confirming your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance is effective from the moment you complete the registration process.

These terms apply to all players using 75pka regardless of the device they are accessing the platform from, the payment method they are using or the games they are playing. 02Eligibility

To create and maintain an account on 75pka, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.
• You must be accessing and using the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of 75pka or any of its associated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from 75pka for any reason.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to understand the laws applicable to you.

75pka does not make any representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with applicable local laws and regulations.

03Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one 75pka account only. Attempting to open multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your account. This includes your full name, date of birth and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 75pka immediately.

75pka will not be liable for any losses, claims or damages arising from a player sharing their account details or failing to maintain adequate security over their login information.

Account Verification

75pka may require you to complete an identity verification process at any point. This may involve submitting a copy of a valid national identity document such as a CNIC or passport. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may have withdrawals suspended until the process is finalised.

04Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 75pka are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers and other mobile wallet services available in Pakistan.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your 75pka account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on the specific bank or service involved. 75pka does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method. The current minimum deposit for each supported payment channel is displayed on the Deposit page of the platform. These minimum amounts may be updated from time to time.

Funds Ownership

By depositing funds into your 75pka account, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not derived from any criminal activity. You must not use payment methods belonging to third parties to fund your account. If third-party payment is detected, the deposit will be returned and the account may be suspended.

05Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR through the same payment methods supported for deposits.

Withdrawal Processing Time

75pka aims to process all approved withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being handled at the time. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest to process.

Verification Requirements

75pka reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard measure applied to protect both players and the platform. Verification documentation must be provided in the format requested by the support team.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Bonus funds that have not met the stated wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the 75pka account holder.
• 75pka does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own processing charges.
• Any withdrawal request that appears inconsistent with normal playing patterns may be subject to additional review before being processed.

06Bonuses and Promotions

75pka offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real money balance. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. Until the wagering requirement has been met in full, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn.

General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus can be active on an account at any one time unless otherwise stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are intended for the named account holder only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 75pka reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel a bonus if it is found to have been claimed through fraudulent means or in violation of these terms.
• If a player withdraws funds before the wagering requirement on an active bonus has been met, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

07Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 75pka platform operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG, and 75pka does not manipulate outcomes in any way. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot and fish game in the lobby is published on the relevant game page.

Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, any affected bets or rounds will be treated as void and any stake involved will be returned to the player's account. 75pka is not liable for paying out winnings generated as a result of a platform error, software fault or communication failure.

Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise the dispute within 7 days of the game session in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. All disputed rounds are reviewed using server-side game logs which represent the definitive record of all game outcomes.

Collusion and Cheating

Any form of collusion, cheating, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software bugs or any other attempt to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be engaged in any such activity will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 75pka platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to exploit promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for normal player use.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or otherwise tamper with any part of the 75pka platform or its underlying software.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or members of the 75pka support team.
• Sharing your account with or allowing access to your account by any other person.

75pka reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited conduct at its own discretion and to take appropriate action including account closure, withholding of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

09Responsible Gaming

• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 75pka account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining real money balance in a closed account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all necessary checks have been completed.

Platform-Initiated Closure

Where 75pka closes an account due to a breach of these terms, the platform reserves the right to withhold any balance held in that account pending investigation. Where fraud or other prohibited conduct is confirmed, all funds may be permanently forfeited.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75pka and its associated entities, directors, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any interruption to platform availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a game malfunction, as described in Section 7 of these terms.
• Any reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or out of date.

Nothing in these terms limits 75pka's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

12Privacy and Data

75pka collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, payment processing, identity verification and general platform use.
